Headquartered in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Powers is a leading Building HVAC, Controls, and Service provider serving clients nationwide. With nearly 300 highly trained employees – including more than 200 installation and service technicians – we deliver comprehensive HVAC solutions for facilities across the United States. From system design and installation to controls, service, and ongoing maintenance, “Powers-HVAC” reflects our role as a trusted, full-service partner.
Our customer base includes more than 500 organizations nationwide, spanning K-12 and higher education, hospitals and medical facilities, federal and state government buildings, commercial properties, critical environments, manufacturing, and industrial facilities. Working closely with consulting engineers and contractors, we have more than 10,000 projects installed and operating today. Building owners and managers rely on Powers to keep their facilities performing at peak comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
To support our nationwide service capabilities, Powers maintains offices throughout Arkansas – including North Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas (Springdale), Northeast Arkansas (Jonesboro), and South Arkansas (Fordyce) – with staff covering every county. We also operate regional offices in Oklahoma (Tulsa), Mississippi (Bay St. Louis and Jackson), and Louisiana (Lafayette and Metairie), enabling us to provide responsive, on-the-ground expertise while serving clients coast to coast.

At Powers, we deliver mechanical and control services specializing in total system service, predictive and preventive maintenance, and full-coverage support for HVAC mechanical and control systems – from central plants and chillers to building automation and facilities maintenance.
We also serve as a provider for Siemens Building Technologies. As a global leader in integrated building infrastructure solutions, Siemens enables Powers to bring together HVAC, building automation, lighting, laboratory systems, power, critical environments and hundreds of third-party platforms into seamless, high-performing environments.
As an industry leader in advanced HVAC and control systems, Powers is committed to developing one of the most skilled workforces in the field. Our Controls Service Team supports Siemens, KMC, Trane, Alerton, Honeywell, Tridium, Johnson Controls, and more. Our Mechanical Service Technicians work across all major HVAC brands, from unitary equipment to complex chilled-water systems.
